Academee has translated these trends into a range of modules which can help meet the management development and training needs of your employees - covering the areas of managing people, information, activities and resources as well as diversity and equality.

Bite-sized elearning also offers you enormous freedom and flexibility. Buying one module will cost you just £20 - but if your organisation invests in 5,000 the cost per module goes down to £15. More than 20,000 and you could consider purchasing modules for unlimited use - looking at an amazing saving of over 90%.

Each one-hour module contains a range of interactive activities and exercises to engage you, reinforce key messages and ensure retention of course material. All content is presented with a full audio voice-over that accompanies the on-screen text, while graphics and animations provide a rich learning experience. All modules also include a short recap test that can be taken either before or after viewing the elearning material.

The modules can be used to provide a pure elearning or blended opportunity for organisations to put employees through management development programmes that are tailored specifically for their needs. The management development modules are also approved by the Chartered Management Institute and can be used as part of a programme working towards a Certificate or Diploma in Management.

Another option is ecoaching. Academee ecoaches will work with learners to motivate them to learn and then to apply their knowledge in their work and personal life. eCoaches also encourage learners to share knowledge and help others in their group.

Academee's Blended Management Development Programmes

All of our elearning modules can be employed within blended programmes. A blended learning programme is one that consists of a mixture of components including elearning modules, face-to-face workshops, ecoaching, pre and post programme assessments and collaborative activities.

Accredited Programmes

As an approved centre of the Chartered Management Institute Academee can offer Level 3 Certificate and Level 4 Diploma in Management programmes.

Tracking and Progress Reports

Academee can provide tracking and progress information for instance how far the learners have progressed through module and how many modules have been completed.
