Transforming InterContinental London Park Lane
Congratulations to InterContinental London Park Lane, one of London's finest hotels, which opened on 6th November 2006 after a £60 million investment. The hotel unveils 387 guest rooms and 60 suites, complemented by a vibrant lobby, dedicated events and meetings floor and exciting new destination restaurant, Theo Randall at The InterContinental. The hotel experience is enhanced by the UK's largest Club lounge and Spa InterContinental, run in partnership with Elemis. Not only has the hotel been extensively refurbished, the workforce has also be reinvigorated to align them to the new InterContinental identity.
InterContinental knew that to make the transformation a successful one, cultural change had to work hand in hand with the physical refurbishment of the hotel. Academee facilitated a new strategy and vision with the hotel's executive team, as well as focusing on customer service and revitalising and remotivating the workforce.
The newly renamed InterContinental London Park Lane provides guests with truly authentic and enriching experiences to bring London to life. Every associate in the hotel helps guests to feel 'in the know' by sharing their local knowledge, genuine insights and connections.
Academee worked with the newly refurbished InterContinental London Park Lane to help revitalise and remotivate the workforce.
