Key successes:

  • Bringing the HRBP portal style in line with L & D and LAMP
  • Using partner's skills to achieve what L & D wanted to rather than what they were constrained by internally with limited IT . Academee was able to use its knowledge and expertise to take the DWP's design and enhance the existing capability matrix for HRBPs, making it more interactive
  • All HRBPs have completed the capability matrix and committed to annual reassessment
  • 300 places were taken up over three master-classes held to date
  • Positive feedback from the HR working party
  • HRBPs are now more experienced and require advanced skills training
  • An update is now underway to meet the need to further develop HRBP skills
