Aim: Provide HRBPs with knowledge and skills to make strategic decisions, develop workforce planning and integrate HR into the business model
Audience: 120 HRBPs at senior management level across the businesses, each who have their own team

Key successes:
- Bringing the HRBP portal style in line with L & D and LAMP
- Using partner's skills to achieve what L & D wanted to rather than what they were constrained by internally with limited IT . Academee was able to use its knowledge and expertise to take the DWP's design and enhance the existing capability matrix for HRBPs, making it more interactive
- All HRBPs have completed the capability matrix and committed to annual reassessment
- 300 places were taken up over three master-classes held to date
- Positive feedback from the HR working party
- HRBPs are now more experienced and require advanced skills training
- An update is now underway to meet the need to further develop HRBP skills
