Face to Face Learning
Learning should be an experience, and at Academee we work hard to make sure that every learning day you or your colleagues attend is just that. Our facilitator-led workshops are challenging, provoking, supportive, and stretching. We have refined our learning experience through years of practice, combining robust adult learning principles with constant review of feedback from participants to ensure we are best in class.
Each learning event we deliver is tailored to each client organisation, often including client case studies and simulations. Each facilitator is briefed thoroughly, so that they understand the context as well as the content.

- Skills development such as customer service, or presentation skills
- Client change programmes
We use a variety of media in our face to face learning, depending on what will work best:
- Working with professional role players in business simulations
- Experiential activities to provide the opportunity to practice new skills in a safe environment
- Small group working to maximise airtime for participants
- Games, card activities, and a range of other learning tools to accelerate learning and consolidation.
We are skilled to facilitate workshops for groups from six to hundreds depending on the client requirements.
