At Academee we often use business simulations with professional role players to achieve these aims. They provide a very powerful way to work with the people on their skills and behaviours, providing real life scenarios and real-time feedback for participants.

We take care to construct accurate and effective scenarios, and then use them to simulate the work environment so that participants are learning in as close a way as possible to their real work situation.
We work with experienced role players who specialize in this area, so that they have a deep understanding of business issues and Academee's learning models and approach. Working with an Academee facilitator, the role players adjust their style and feedback to the needs of each participant, so that they get a personally tailored learning experience.
