'Best to Lead' eSurround
The "Best to Lead" esurround was designed to complement an integrated leadership training solution developed for the Royal Bank of Scotland. Primarily a face-to-face programme, Best to Lead also incorporated a number of online components to provide programme details, resources, pre-workshop activities, post-workshop evaluations and services such as online booking for coaching sessions. These online and elearning components were packaged together into a single esurround.
The overriding criterion for the design of the esurround was ease-of-use as a large amount of information and online tools had to be very easily accessible to large numbers of learners - with very different levels of experience working with web-based applications.
An additional criterion was to follow the RBS branding guidelines and colour schemes.
