Management Development Diagnostic Tool
The Diagnostic tool was designed to compliment Academee's CMI range of management development elearning courses. The purpose of the tool is to help learners rate their own abilities in certain key areas, identifying strengths and weaknesses and recommending the courses in the CMI range that would be most useful to the learner.
After completing a questionnaire related to the key learning objectives in each CMI assessment module, the learner is provided with a summary report.
Available elearning is divided into "highly recommended", "suggested" and "supplementary" groups depending on the responses of the learner. The learner is then able to use this report as a basis for building their Personal Development Plan.
