Academee is focused on our clients, and in Shared Services we focus on enabling the rest of Academee to deliver real value to our clients by supporting them with key services.
These services include:
- Finance - making sure we have accurate invoicing, management information and strong financial management
- Human resources - we want to practice what we teach, so we seek to create a positive climate for all Academee colleagues through effective recruitment, development and support
- ICT - technology is a critical element of both our client services and how we operate effectively internally, so our ICT support needs to be effective all year round, nationally and internationally
- Premises - we believe a good work environment is important for our colleagues, and we have modern facilities that include meeting room which clients often use as well.
