Kevin combines extensive sales and client management skills with 17 years experience of learning and development issues, at both strategic and operational levels. His unique combination of skills and experience enables him to easily understand clients’ challenges, and to create learning solutions that really meet their needs.
Kevin is a powerful communicator whose enthusiasm for innovative, creative learning is contagious. He is also a great believer in the power of learning to support organisational change and works closely with clients to put evaluation measures in place to demonstrate the success of learning and development interventions.
Kevin has a range of post-graduate strategic HR, knowledge management, training and teaching qualifications, and a BSc in Biological Sciences.
