Daryl Watson
Key Account Manager
Daryl has extensive senior management and business development experience and is a skilled client relationship manager. An enthusiastic team player, Daryl enjoys working in partnership with clients to understand their challenges and create learning solutions that really meet their needs.
He brings to his role extensive general management experience in the areas of organisational strategy, leadership, resource management, marketing, project management and finance. He also has strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Daryl is passionate about learning and development. He has been involved in several major programmes, which have resulted in substantial benefits such as improved motivation and morale, enhanced corporate social responsibility and increased revenue and profits.
He is an associate member of the CIPD and has a CIPD certificate in training practice, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a Certificate in Dutch from Trajectum College, Utrecht, Holland.
A keen ballroom dancer, Daryl also enjoys foreign travel and theatre. He has kept a daily personal journal for 30 years and hopes to write a book one day!
