Gillian specialises in large scale change programmes and general people development. She has extensive experience of strategic HR management and is an excellent relationship manager. Her ability to drive change and manage complex issues in a fast paced environment combined with her broad business understanding ensures that she supports clients through every step of the change process, focusing on sustainable benefits.
Prior to joining Academee, Gillian was head of HR for supply chain at BSkyB. Other roles at BSkyB include head of training and development, managing a team of 220 trainers, and head of people and change, leading a cultural change programme for 10,000 people. She also has widespread experience of banking and finance and is a licentiate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
When not working, Gillian enjoys reading, shopping and wine.
