A highly experienced consultant and relationship manager, she is expert in strategic facilitation, change management, elearning and creating customer centred organisations. Clare's style is motivational, supportive and challenging, and clients appreciate her constructive feedback, enabling them to improve individual, team and organisational performance.
Working closely with clients, Clare is adept at identifying and understanding key strategic challenges and creating learning solutions to support strategic aims.
Clare has an MBA from Cranfield University School of Management and has been recognised by the North West Woman of Achievement, the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and the Executive Team of the Year Awards.
Away from work, Clare enjoys time with her family, entertaining, cycling and renovating her home.
