Alison leads Academee’s extensive Asia-Pacific operation, headquartered in Singapore. She is a visionary leader who works closely with her team to define Academee AP’s strategy and goals and to meet the needs of Academee’s international clients.
Alison is also an expert consultant who has worked strategically in partnership with major client organisations to facilitate their learning strategy and develop learning and development programmes that deliver tangible business benefits.
Renowned for her enthusiasm and motivational style, Alison is a specialist in the areas of leadership and organisational development, and a recognised authority on diversity and inclusion.
Alison was formerly a Major in the British Army, which gave her immense understanding sensitive human issues, as well as a wealth of strategic and operational management experience. Following her army career, Alison became a founder member of the Institute of Leadership in the UK and respected consultant and advisor to leading private and public sector organisations.
