Consulting Team
Academee's consulting team has a tremendous depth of experience and capability. In fact there are three main groups of consultants:
- Lead consultants - who lead projects with clients, coordinating activity, managing quality and maintaining strong communications with key client contacts to ensure that we deliver real value
- UK consulting team - spread around the UK so that we are close to our clients, the consulting team comprises a large team of designers, facilitators, and coaches as well as specialists in areas such as assessment, HR strategy, diversity, change management and customer experience
- European consulting team - spread across continental Europe, our European team comprises experienced facilitators and coaches who are able to work in local language and English so that we can support Europe-wide rollouts of programmes.
The team is committed to keeping at the leading edge of our areas of competence, and we have regular learning days, peer-to-peer coaching and a knowledge database that helps maintain consistently high standards of individual capability.
Most consultants also have considerable experience of designing and delivering blended learning solutions, using the best medium for each part of the learning process, and integrating learning with wider change management programmes.
