Rebecca has a wealth of experience across many industry sectors. She enjoys the challenges of developing individuals and seeing the personal journeys taken in learning and expanding knowledge. An expert in the design and delivery of client solutions, she has a hands-on style and adds value through her facilitation skills.
Rebecca has experience of working multi-culturally and internationally, particularly in South Africa. She has an in-depth knowledge of performance management and assessment processes and has successfully implemented major cultural, behavioural and structural changes within many blue chip organisations.
Rebecca is comfortable and confident working at every level of an organisation, and has worked with mixed groups from director to operator level. Establishing rapport and building a supportive learning environment is key to her approach and she offers appropriate levels of challenge to enable learning to progress.
A regular contributor to industry publications and an experienced conference speaker, she is qualified to BTec Level 4 Contact Centre Planning, Operating, Managing, Recruiting and Performing.
When not working, Rebecca enjoys cooking for friends, red wine, walking the dog, canoeing, cycling, travelling and discovering new places to visit in the UK.
