He is particularly skilled at working internationally with multi cultural groups and has run programmes in several countries including the USA, Canada, Singapore, Brazil, Austria, Spain and France.
Phil has a wealth of practical experience in organisational development and specialises in business leadership and the management of change. He is experienced at working at every level of an organisation, from facilitating strategy to making strategic aims a reality through learning and development.He enjoys living in the Lake District, which makes a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of organisational life.
