Ian believes that most people realise only a fraction of their full potential, and he works with individuals, teams and organisations to help improve performance.
Ian has worked in a wide range of roles within sales, senior management, training and consultancy. This has given him a strong commercial focus and an understanding of how training and development can contribute to organisational effectiveness.
He is a specialist in defining and assessing competencies and has led many major programmes in areas such as leadership and coaching skills assessments, business reviews, and sales and influencing skills. In addition to having wide training experience in the areas of sales, customer relationships and management development, he is also the author of three books.
Ian is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Insurance Institute. He also holds qualifications in training, NLP, personality questionnaires, and financial services.
