Mary-Rose Gavin

Mary-Rose is an experienced and enthusiastic learning and development consultant. She has designed and delivered highly successful people and organisational development programmes for major clients in both the corporate and charitable sectors. Her focus is on organisational development and strategy, career development, leadership and management, sales and product training, coaching, team development and personal skills.
Her approach is learner-centred and her style is facilitative, enabling participants to learn in ways that suit them. She always looks at learning in the context of organisational strategy, and ensures that learning aims and organisational goals are aligned.
Mary-Rose has worked on major programmes in the USA and also has wide ranging European experience, having worked in Germany, France and Holland as well as in the UK.
As well as an MA (Hons) Ancient History and French, Mary-Rose has a CIM Marketing Diploma and is MBTI and Insights qualified. She is currently working towards an MA in Development Training at Lancaster University.
