Maggie chose to specialise in training following extensive experience in setting up and leading customer service operations. She has been involved with every aspect of selling and direct marketing and has wide-ranging general management experience across a range of industries including finance, retail, energy and petrochemicals.
Maggie is a judge for the National Sales Award, Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is qualified to administer Rapid Personality Questionnaires.
