Keith is an organisational psychologist, specialising in culture change, leadership and management development, particularly the development of interpersonal and communication skills.
He also has extensive elearning experience, and has worked in partnership with clients to define the aims and content of elearning programmes and online learning applications. A highly skilled coach and ecoach, he also helps individuals to get the most from their learning experience.
As a learning consultant, Keith works to make organisational change and development understandable and coherent for the individuals involved, developing systems and processes that are simple to operate. With expertise in psychometric assessment and selection, he also works with clients seeking to redefine their recruitment and assessment procedures, and is highly skilled in the use of competence frameworks.
Keith has an MSc in Organisational Psychology, an MA in Twentieth Century English Literature and a BA in English and Drama. He is British Psychological Society Level A and B accredited.
