Karen is a highly skilled diversity expert. She combines global corporate experience with several years of wide-ranging consultancy practice.
In addition to advising on diversity strategy, Karen has designed and delivered several major learning initiatives. Not only do these initiatives help individuals to understand and comply with diversity legislation, they also help organisations to realise the benefits of developing a culture of diversity and inclusion.
As corporate diversity adviser at BAE Systems, she provided strategic diversity leadership and implementation support to 45,000 employees across UK business units.
As well as her expertise in facilitation and face to face learning, Karen has written several articles, guides and speeches on the subject of diversity.
She has a Certificate in Discrimination Law, a Certificate in Business Ethics, and is currently studying for a BSc (Hons) Social Sciences,
In her spare time, Karen enjoys going to live music gigs and walking in the nearby Peak District.
