Jane has extensive management experience and a strong commercial focus. As a consultant, she has worked with a huge variety of organisations, and she has the experience and academic excellence to create successful solutions to their challenges.
She focuses on the areas of performance coaching, personal development and team working. A trained facilitator, she uses participative methods because she believes that people learn more from doing things than listening to an expert.
Qualifications include an MBA with distinction from Durham University and an advanced diploma in counselling. She is also an experienced NLP practitioner and qualified to administer a range of occupational and psychometric tests.
Jane also makes the most of living in the Lake District and enjoys holidays, cinema and relaxing with friends.
