Ian works at individual and team level to improve performance through coaching, facilitation and leadership development.
A Chartered Engineer with a strong blue chip background, Ian has extensive senior management experience in a range of global blue chip organisations including Boots, Glaxo, TI, Smiths and Textron.
Ian has designed and delivered programmes in the area of leadership and management development, team development and MBTI, coaching and performance management.
Ian's approach is very facilitative with an emphasis on pragmatic solutions. An expertise in behavioural competencies enables him to give very precise and considered feedback.
Ian holds a BEng (Hons) in Production Engineering and an MBA, and recently completed the Ashridge Coaching for Consultants programme.
When he can escape, Ian is passionate about golf, playing at his club and introducing his two young boys to the game.
Ian has recently become accredited by Hay Group to use their 360-degree Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI).
