David Kesby

With a diverse background, which includes extensive experience in elearning and action learning combined with time spent as a captain in the Paras, David brings an uncommon mix of development and management experience to the Academee consulting team. Before joining Academee, David ran Chartered Management Institute programmes in management skills using the methodology of action learning.
He had developed a taste for this technique during his MA in Management Learning at Lancaster University. His current interest is in the development of leadership and management throughout organisations, and he works closely in partnership with a range of clients to develop key skills and behaviours to support organisational and learning goals.
Out of work David loves to spend time with his growing family, playing the piano, drinking red wine, orienteering and running the orienteering club website.
