Cathryn specialises in working with people at all levels within an organisation in order to support the achievement of business goals, and enjoys the challenge of driving change in fast paced environments. She has designed and delivered programmes in the areas of business change, leadership, management and personal development and is also an enthusiastic and experienced coach.
Previously head of training and development at Thresher Group, Cathryn has helped many clients to turn around business performance through employee motivation and learning. Before joining Academee, Cathryn held many senior learning and development roles across a number of sectors as well as working as an independent consultant and coach. She has a reputation as a change agent, and has worked on a wide range of business improvement projects. Her focus is always on delivering tangible benefits and sustainable solutions.
When not working, Cathryn enjoys long walks, reading and exploring spiritual interests.
Cathryn holds qualifications in performance and life coaching, career counselling, teaching, and hospitality and institutional management.
