Alison Baker

Alison is a learning and development specialist and executive performance coach who works with teams and individuals to realise their full potential. During her career Alison has worked across Europe and North America across a variety of sectors including drinks retailing, leisure, travel and financial services.
Alison has held various senior HR and development roles and the experience that she has gained during her corporate career includes business and HR strategy, transition and transformation, culture change, service delivery and corporate communication. In addition to this, she is a seasoned practitioner in the development and implementation of major change initiatives including programmes to improve customer service levels and efficiency across a number of European sites.
A member of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Directors, Alison has also been involved with the educational charity CRAC as course director and coach for undergraduate 'Insight' programmes. She has an AMSPA Diploma and is British Psychological Society qualified to Level 2 and part Level 3.
