Lead Consultant and Consultants - Learning and Organisational Development

Your challenge:

  • Leading the design of programmes and solutions,
  • Ensuring activities in client accounts and projects are delivered effectively,
  • Monitoring, reviewing and evaluating all activity in a client account,
  • Project management of major projects to ensure quality delivery on time and in budget in the lead role,
  • Managing client relationships at various levels including the most senior and working closely with Account Managers as appropriate to contribute significantly to business development with new and existing clients,
  • People management with a strong commitment to the coaching and development of individuals.

Your abilities:

  • Considerable experience in learning and development and consultancy,
  • You need to be highly experienced in leadership and management development in particular,
  • Strong facilitation skills. Experience of facilitation and coaching at senior levels will be advantageous,
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills,
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to create and lead a team to deliver high quality learning solutions in often demanding timeframes- especially key in the lead role.

The lead role is a project management role where you will be managing and directing teams of people to deliver complex learning solutions.

The Consultants are engaged in all aspects of design, delivery and evaluation with a greater focus on the delivery and facilitation.

Consultants can be home-based or office based (in Cheshire), however they need to be flexible and willing to travel throughout the UK, sometimes internationally, and to be away from home on average 3 nights per week.

Competitive salary that will be dependent on experience and capability, with benefits including car allowance, pension, health insurance, and profit share, range £35K - £65K.
